Sharon Kabubi is an Affairs Associate at the London Union Collective.
Sharon is passionate about the achievement and contribution of young people in society and believes in the championing of young people’s voices through community, education and empowerment. She advocates for her community through her work as a School Governor for an inner city Secondary in School in South East, London. Sharon is a the Co-Chair of the WFWP (Women’s Federation for World Peace) Young Women’s’ Speech Contest and was awarded WFWP Ambassador for Peace in 2017. Sharon is trained as a Business Analysis and Project Management Consultant and currently works in change management as a Communications Analyst for a financial services company. Prior to this Sharon gained a wealth of experience as part of the business development team for life science company, after completing her Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science.
Sharon is interested in cross cultural identity, environmental protection and education. She is also passionate and keenly advocates for a virgin-plastic free future and wants to see a wider breadth of opportunity for young people in International politics and affairs.
