Rowan-Joy Gaskell

Rowan is a Trainee Solicitor specialising in Intellectual Property, Trade Mark law and Commercial Litigation at renowned, award winning law firm. With a diverse international background, Rowan has grown up and lived across four continents, these geographical transitions have enabled her with the opportunity to live and work in diverse areas. Rowan has always loved connecting with people and bringing them together. Enthusiastic for any challenge, Rowan is excited to be working amongst an incredible team not only at her firm, but here at London Union Society as well.

In 2017, she graduated as valedictorian with First Class Honours in law and gave the ‘Vote of Thanks’ speech at her graduating ceremony. In 2019, after taking a year out to revisit her childhood homes across Asia, Alongside work, she is also completing the LPC (LLM) part time at BPP University. She began her training contract at her firm where she has had the incredible opportunity to work on many notable cases with high-portfolio clients.

Whilst not working, Rowan loves a great read by the fire, hiking up a good ol’ munro and spending time with her loved ones. These are just some of the things we would be welcoming you to join us at the London Union Society.
